Once you have selected your hardwood specie, we would be pleased to help you choose a hardwood chair stain color for your project.
We offer a handful of “standard” colors for American ash, beech, cherry, hard maple, quartersawn white oak, and red oak, samples of which we can send to your facilities or design teams.
Custom stain colors are available for all Eustis Chairs without upcharge. We frequently match tables manufactured by other companies, and we can also match your exact millwork with a stain sample. There is no extra charge for a custom stain color.
We use a durable Conversion Varnish which is hard enough to stand up to institutional use, and also flexible enough to remain on the wood on lesser dings. We have not yet found a water-soluble finish that meets the durability standards of chairs in our applications.
All of our chairs are available with either a wood seat, or cushioned seat covered in a fabric or leather of your choice. We work with all commercially available fabrics and leathers, and can assist you or your designer(s) in choosing what fabric or leather is best for your institution.
