Spring Hill College ordered over two hundred Charleston chairs in 2004 for their new library. Their architect Shepley Bulfinch recommended this model from Eustis Chair over 24 competing hardwood chairs. The Charleston is a contemporary interpretation of the classic “schoolhouse” design, but with no stretchers.
