Claremont Country Club in Oakland, California wanted a hardwood stacking chair for their banquet space. However, they requested a new design. We found a non-stacking Chippendale chair that met their requirements for elegance. Next, we re-engineered the chair to stack 6-8 high. We even added an extra comfortable seat. The result is the Claremont chair, arguably our most elegant hardwood stacking chair yet.
The Claremont has inspired several additions to our line as a top bestseller. Multiple clubs and institutions purchase the Claremont for the exquisite, sculpted composition. Elegant Member Dining Chair
The Claremont II chair is a 1” wider version of our very successful Claremont. Because the seat on a stacking chair is often narrower, some customers have requested a wider stacking chair for additional comfort; we have found that just one inch makes a nice difference. Thus, the wider version is excellent for member dining. However, it works best in applications where seating density is not critical. The back support is curved and braided into the shapes of leaves and diamonds, weaving its way to a seat nothing short of spectacular in its comfort and durability. These chairs come with the same 20-year warranty as all of our other stacking hardwood chairs.
Smaller Version
The Claremont 10-60 is stacking hardwood chair. It fits 10 patrons at a 60” round table. For additional space in tight dining spaces, the Claremont 10-60 is the premier choice for your space. By reducing the width of the chair at the front to 17”, 10 chairs can be tucked slightly under the table cloth.
The Claremont 10-60 looks nearly identical to its very elegant full-size chair, still stacks 6-8 high, and still comes with a 20-year warranty.
