Famed Chef Daniel Boulud, from Lyon, moved to New York City, New York in 1982. Chef Boulud is an innovator. He uses creativity to create interesting menus and decor for each of his restaurants. He owns restaurants in the United States, Canada, Japan, and Singapore. We previously worked with Chef Boulud to craft stacking restaurant chairs for a U.S.-based project.
