Church Chairs
Churches and chapels across the United States are now making the switch from standard pews to stacking hardwood chairs. Standard pews are uncomfortable and immobile. However, stacking hardwood chairs are perfect for storage and ease in set up and take down for facility staff. Stacking chairs can also be completely customized. We allow institutions to choose the model, hardwood, stain, and upholstery.
Phillips Exeter Academy reached out to Eustis Chair with an exciting renovation project in mind. They were first introduced to the elegance and durability of Eustis Chair in 2002 when we manufactured 300 stacking church chairs for Phillips Church. Committee members, students, and staff loved our chairs and praised them for their versatility.
Ten years later, Phillips Exeter Academy came to us needing chairs for a renovation of the Elting Room located in Phillips Hall. We designed the new Elting Room chair with unmatched comfort and durability in mind. Comfort was a primary consideration for this special room where the faculty meets, sometimes for hours at a time. The school also wanted stacking chairs that provided offer superior durability. Eustis Chair succeeded in both. The Etling Room chair is complete with an eased sitting angle and wider armrests. It is a perfect wood chair for faculty meeting room chairs, spiritual chairs, church chairs, and library chairs.
In conclusion, we hope to work with Phillips Exeter Academy again in the future.
